I may have mentioned in the past that one of my favorite things to do with Noah is climb into his crib with him in the morning or after a nap and just play. We have done this for months and now that he is talking more he will take my fingers and pull me down saying "mommy IN, mommy IN"! I cherish this time so much. One morning when we first started doing this I remember thinking that I should get out so we could "get the day started" and eat breakfast, etc. Then I realized that my son will not always see his mommy as his best friend and want her by his side at all times.... so I stayed and played until he was done. And I still do.

*for the record, Noah only has paci's during nap and bed... but not for long! (shhhh, don't tell him I said that) He calls them buhbuhs because I would always tell him "say byebye paci" after every nap and throw it in the crib - he figured they must be called byebye's (or buhbuhs).

Good morning to me!

I had a terrible night of sleep last night and even had to go
downstairs to watch tv for a couple hours... This morning Darren came
in to wake me with freshly made aebleskivers and coffee! Aebleskivers
are a Danish treat from my mom's side of the family - I bet he even
used my grandma's recipe :) I'm blessed!

Poor, poor Noah...

He doesn't have a chance to be normal, does he?

Happy Happy Joy Joy

I have decided that NO ONE can be sad during a Disney parade. It's
just not possible. The workers were dancing, security was grinning,
little girls are waving and princesses are swaying. It truly became
the happiest place on earth :)

How well do you know Kim?

What can I say, we're cheap...

Kim went on space mountain with me -totally had a blast (as you can
see in the picture), but we didnt want to buy the photo at the end.
This is how bad it looks when you snap a photo of a tv screen with
your phone to blog it. Mayr we should have dropped the ten bucks?

Oh my gosh. I don't know if I've ever seen darren like this, it is so
so cute. When we walked into the park he said "something great is
about to happen..."

Darren has wanted to come here with me since we were dating, so we are
both pretty stoked. We just arrived at the retaurant in the pirate
ride and although we had reservations they said it would be 45 min if
we wanted to sit by the water. We said no to that and waited to be
seated. Lo and behold when our host came to seat us he led us right
up to a table perfectly positioned right on the water. He said it
must be our lucky day ;)
