are a Danish treat from my mom's side of the family - I bet he even

Aebleskiver!! I'm so glad there are others that know and appreciate these delightful little balls of doughy goodness. And who know their REAL name.
I would like to have one of those right now!! In Tonga, they made similar fried dough balls called keke that you could buy for 10 cents ... no real comparison to the real thing, but with some jam slathered on them, I could pretend!
