This was the first year since moving to Livermore that Darren and I were able to go to the festival with out a bun in the oven or a child in a stroller. Darren had also gone the extra mile and reserved a room for us in a local B&B. Needless to say, we had a fun time just hanging out, eating, reading, and being friends :)

I think that is great for you two to get away and spend time together. We also go on dates nights a couple of evenings a month just to say, "hello, I remember you, my love." We have yet to make it to the festival. We've always been away for some reason. This year, we were actually home but were too exhausted to motivate. It looks like you both had fun.
